Breeze Cafe sits quietly on SW Allen Blvd in Beaverton, blending two roles under one roof: a casual neighborhood cafe and a local lottery ticket retailer. It’s the kind of spot where mornings might find regulars grabbing a straightforward coffee or breakfast before heading out, while throughout the day, folks drop by for cigarettes or to try their luck at one of the lottery machines.

The atmosphere here leans into a community vibe shaped by friendly staff who seem to know many patrons by name, creating a laid-back spot rather than a bustling coffee hub. It’s not a place for pretension — expect an unpolished, everyday setting where people come as they are. The cafe side touches on simple comfort, where locals might grab a well-priced breakfast or a drink to unwind after a long day.

Visitors looking for a more polished dining experience would likely look elsewhere, but those appreciating a kind of no-nonsense, multi-purpose local spot will find Breeze Cafe fits the bill. The lottery machines add a layer of casual entertainment, making it a quick stop for some chance-taking mixed with low-key socializing.

Because the cafe also sells cigarettes, it attracts a varied crowd, but most notably regulars who appreciate convenient pricing and a warm, if somewhat informal, neighborhood feel. Occasional tensions can surface—as might happen in any locally frequented place—but the management is known to handle customer interactions with patience and care.

Best times to visit are likely weekday mornings or early afternoons when the cafe maintains a steady flow without the rush, ideal for a quick bite or a coffee break. For people who combine errands with a chance to sit down briefly or chat, Breeze Cafe offers that casual, approachable local atmosphere that feels tied to the rhythm of the area.

Great place, great food. Few entitled patrons. Saw a lady talk to the owner very disrespectfully and he was only handling her needs. Rich mean women . Next time don’t be mean to one of the nicest people in the neighborhood.

Super cute Seaside Restaurant. Way better than the ones you get downtown at Seaside. Family-owned the service is really nice everything is decently priced. There's usually no wait. And they serve a good red beer. I always hit the spot before I head home great for breakfast

I only go in here for the bad habit I have to quit, the cigarettes are the cheapest around my area and the atmosphere is good. They have lottery machines for those people who like entertainment. The staff are nice and warm to the customers.
